Richmond Orichos Neufville, Sr. is a Liberian born in Monrovia, Liberia. He obtained his high School Diploma from the Don Bosco Technical High School in 2005 and matriculated to Cuttington University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies in 2009. He is a recipient of a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the I.B.B Graduate School of International Relations at the University of Liberia in 2018. He is currently a Lecturer of Economics at the United Methodist University in Monrovia, Liberia. Mr. Neufville served as Secretary General of the Liberia National Students Union (LINSU) and was later elected President of LINSU in 2011. He served at Audit Trainee and was later promoted Government Affairs Officer at the General Auditing Commission of Liberia (GAC) between 2009 to 2011. He is the current Press Secretary and Speech Writer of the Vice President of the Republic of Liberia. Mr. Neufville has vast international experiences and has attended several conferences and meetings across the world. He is a dedicated public servant, a philanthropist and intellectual.
